Welcome to Mellow Travel. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any bookings.

1. Booking and Reservations

All tour bookings made through Mellow Travel are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from us and full or agreed deposit payment has been received.

• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.
• A deposit of 30% of the total tour price is required to secure your booking.
• Full payment must be completed at least 7 days before the tour departure date.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
• 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund of the total tour price.
• 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund of the total tour price.
• Less than 7 days: No refund. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.

3. Changes to Bookings

Requests to change tour dates or itineraries are subject to availability and may incur amendment fees. We will do our best to accommodate your requests but cannot guarantee changes can always be made.

4. Liability Disclaimer

Mellow Travel acts as an agent for hotels, transport companies, and local tour operators. While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for:

• Accidents, injuries, or losses that occur during the tour.
• Delays or itinerary changes due to weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
• Loss or damage to personal belongings.
• Health-related issues arising during travel.

We strongly recommend all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before departure.

5. Travel Documents

It is the sole responsibility of the traveller to ensure they hold valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents. Mellow Travel will not be responsible for any costs arising from inadequate documentation.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hanoi, Vietnam.

7. Changes to Terms

Mellow Travel reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
