These payment terms explain how Mellow Travel handles deposits, full payments, payment methods, and refund-related processing for tour bookings.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept secure online payments through our approved payment gateway. Depending on the tour and sales arrangement, bank transfer or other methods may be offered after confirmation from our team.

  • Online payments are processed through a secure third-party gateway.
  • We do not store your full card details on our website.
  • Additional payment instructions may be sent by email for custom bookings.

2. Deposit and Full Payment

Some tours may require an advance payment or a full payment at the time of booking, depending on supplier commitments, departure date, and package type.

  • Standard tours may require a deposit to reserve availability.
  • Final payment deadlines will be confirmed in writing before departure.
  • Last-minute bookings may require immediate full payment.

3. Currency and Pricing

Displayed prices may be shown in USD for reference, while the final transaction can be processed in VND or another supported currency depending on the selected payment provider.

  • Exchange rate differences may apply at the time of payment.
  • Your bank or card issuer may charge foreign transaction fees.
  • Taxes, service charges, or local fees will be clarified in the booking confirmation when applicable.

4. Payment Confirmation

A booking is only considered confirmed after payment has been successfully received and you receive confirmation from Mellow Travel by email or through the booking result page.

  • Please keep your booking code and payment confirmation for reference.
  • If a payment fails or remains pending, the reservation may not be secured.
  • Our team may contact you if additional verification is required.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved under our cancellation policy or due to service issues, the refund will be returned through the original payment method whenever possible.

  • Refund timelines depend on the payment provider and issuing bank.
  • Gateway fees or non-refundable supplier charges may still apply in some cases.
  • Approved refunds are usually processed within 7 to 14 business days.

6. Payment Security

We use secure checkout flows and work with trusted payment providers to reduce fraud risk and protect customer payment data.

  • Transactions are transmitted over encrypted connections.
  • Suspicious or incomplete transactions may be held for review.
  • We may refuse or cancel payments that cannot be validated safely.
